Committed to Serving & Preserving Our Community.
I’ll lead in the open, listen to my neighbors, and work hard for all of Biltmore Lake.
About Our Mission
How I’ll Lead
Listening to every neighbor.
Supporting our volunteers.
Making decisions in the open.
Over four decades as a physician taught me that good leadership begins with listening. I’m running for the Board to bring that same approach to Biltmore Lake: hearing every resident, supporting the volunteers who make our community thrive, and making decisions openly and responsibly.
What I Stand For
Fiduciary Responsibility: Careful stewardship of our dues, guided by data, expert advice, and the law
Strong Committees: A true partnership with our committees and recognition for our volunteers
Open Decisions: Broad community input, respectful dialogue, decisions made in the open, and executive sessions only when truly necessary
About Me
Co-Chair of the Security & Safety Committee; co-led our 75%-response resident survey and the HOA’s first security plan, grounded in peer-reviewed research and expert input.
Volunteer for work crews with the Ecovolunteers, Lake, Landscape and Facilities Committees
5 year Biltmore Lake homeowner
Over 40 years as a physician; former Deputy Director, UF Cancer Center, and led a program with a $35 million annual budget
20 years on the NMDP Board of Directors (two as Chair), a nonprofit that manages the national stem cell transplant donor registry with an $800 million annual budget
I’m committed to listening, treating everyone with respect, being accountable for my actions, and putting Biltmore Lake first.
Let’s work together for all of Biltmore Lake.
Thank you for your support!
